Objective

To render total quality services in financial and accounting matters

Functions

To ensure all financial and accounting activities adhere to rules & procedures laid out in Financial Procedure Act 1957, Treasury Instructions, Treasury Circulars, Service Circulars and Supplementary Regulations.
To prepare Yearly Expenditure Estimates, Periodic Budget Analysis and Budgetary Controls.
To monitor daily Financial & Accounting activities and to maintain proper accounting records and preparing financial reports for management.
