Operations and Maintenance Section Technicians led by public and assisted by laborer in their respective schemes. This section is to assist the Department in implementing major maintenance scheme to the Department of the smooth, effective, efficient and orderly. |

UNIT ACTIVITY |

Carry out monitoring of the scheme. |

To organize the labor for the job. |

Monitoring the scheme from time to time. |
|

Maintenance work for schemes such as cut grass, extended drainage and etc. |

Carry out the upgrading scheme using the machinery department or contract basis. |

Make monthly progress reports for the respective schemes. |

SCHEMES MAINTENANCE AND UPGRADING |
|
|
Schemes maintenance and upgrading to carry out maintenance and upgrading of the scheme, there are two ways of using the machinery department or contract basis. There are two types of provisions in the contract provided for the management of the state provisions and the provisions of the federal government. Provision for the federal government is RM200,000.00 and the provisions for state government only RM50,000.00 for each tender. |

Objective of Scheme |
The main objective for implementation of the scheme area to have self sufficiency in paddy production and to increase the income of farmers which would meet the N.E.P. and N.A.P. The rehabilitation works are to alleviate all constraints that have been inhibiting more intensive agricultural development. |
