| Research Applications Forms:
When carrying out research which makes use of information from the various government agencies (including DID), it is mandatory to complete an application form from the State Planning Unit of the Chief Ministers Office. The forms are of 2 types, that is, whether you are a foreign citizen or a local Malaysian. Please download the relevent form, (placed here for your convenience) and submit it to the addressee therein. Please do not submit to DID directly. Upon approval, you can then obtain the information or data from us or the respective agencies
