Supporting Service Section
Supporting Service Section is a section that assist the DID Kapit in implementing the main functions of the
DID Kapit for the effective and efficient services in terms of administration and finance.
| ADMINISTRATION UNIT | |

To manage the administration of DID Kapit include general office management, file management, office communication, incoming and outgoing mails, registry management, assets management, documents management, furniture’s and machineries, security and safety. |

| FINANCE UNIT | |

1. |
To ensure all financial and accounting activities adhere to rules and procedures laid out in Financial Procedure Act 1957, Treasury Instructions, Treasury Circulars, Service Circulars and Supplementary Regulations. |

2. |
To prepare Yearly Expenditure Estimates. |
|
3. |
To monitor daily Financial and Accounting activities and to maintain proper accounting records and preparing financial reports for management. |
