FUNCTIONS

Administration of Contract:

(i)  Pre Contract - checking of Tender Document until the issuance of Letter of Acceptance of tender

(ii)  Post Contract - from possession of site until settlement of final account

Checking
All documents related to tender and contract administration to ensure procedures are followed and the contract provisions are defined and implemented accordingly.

Advisory Service
Providing advisory services to the upper management in DID various Branch in Headquarters, Division & Projects under Ministry of Agricultural/Ministry of Rural and Regional Development /Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment/Ministry of Plantation Industries & Commodities in matters to tender and contract

Formulating New procedures and Preparing Guidelines
Formulating new procedures and updating of existing rules and preparing guidelines relating to tender and contract administration

Administering and/or Acting as Secretariat for the followings:

1. 
Tender Evaluation Committee

2. 
Quotation Board Committee

3. 
Delayed and Extension of Time

4.  Variation Order/Remeasurement of Provisional Quantities Committee
