ADMINSTRATION & FINANCE |
Divisional Administration and Finance Section is to assist the Department in implementing the main functions of the Department for the smooth, effective, efficient and organized in terms of administration and finance. |
ADMINISTRATION |
Mandate of the Administration Department include general office management, file management, office communication, incoming and outgoing mails, registry management, assets management, documents management, furniture’s and machineries, security and safety. |
FINANCE |
To ensure all financial and accounting activities adhere to rules and procedures laid out in Financial Procedure Act 1957, Treasury Instructions, Treasury Circulars, Service Circulars and Supplementary Regulations. |
