FUNCTIONS
  • To provide efficient human resource support services.
  • This unit is entrusted with duties and responsibilities that fall into the category of general office administration.They are such as file management, office communication, incoming and outgoind mails and other documents.
  • To ensure all financial and accounting activities adhere to rules and procedures laid out in Financial Procedure Act 1957, Treasury Instructions, Treasury Circulars, Service Circulars and Supplementary Regulations.
  • To monitor daily Financial and Accounting activities and to maintain proper accounting records and preparing financial reports for management.
  • To provide quality services in financial & accounting matters.
  • To prepare Yearly Expenditure Estimates.
