MENYEDIAKAN PERKHIDMATAN PERUNDING BERKAITAN KAJIAN KEJURUTERAAN, REKEBENTUK TERPERINCI, DOKUMENTASI TENDER, PENYELIAAN PEMBINAAN DAN LAIN-LAIN PERKHIDMATAN PROFESIONAL ASAS BAGI  “MEMBINA JALAN DARI KAMPUNG MURUD SUANG KE KAMPUNG LONG TENGOA, LAWAS, SARAWAK”.

SOALAN 1:

In Lampiran B6 - A5 iii) & iv) - kereta (4WD-1) & kereta (4WD-2)   Is this item refer to car rental cost used by supervision team members (Resident engineers and I.O.W) daily for supervision work at site? Or  used by C&S (HQ) and clients to travel from Lawas Airport to Site to attend monthly site meeting?

JAWAPAN:

Car rental cost as in Lampiran B6 – item A5 iii) & iv) - kereta (4WD-1) & kereta (4WD-2) is for supervision team members (Resident engineers and I.O.W) for daily supervision work at the site and can be used by C&S (HQ) to travel from Lawas Airport to Site for monthly site meeting
                                                                             

SOALAN 2:

Is the EMP to be carried out by the contractor as part of their obligation or under C&S scope?

1.11   Perunding Kajian Alam Sekitar : Kajian Alam Sekitar telah mendapat pengecualian daripada pihak Natural Resources and Environment Board (NREB), Sarawak. Walau bagaimanapun, kajian Environment Managemen Plan (EMP) perlu dilaksanakan sebelum kerja-kerja fizikal projek tersebut dimulakan.

JAWAPAN:

The EMP will be carried out by the contractor as part of their obligation under their contract.

SOALAN 3:

The As-build Drawing and Report on Make Good Defect are listed as one of the deliveries under  C&S. However, such items are not tabulated in Lampiran B6 - D (Kos dokumentasi dan penyediaan  laporan). Shall we include this in Lampiran B6 - I (Lain-lain Kos)?

JAWAPAN:

The As-built Drawing will be prepared by the Contractor for C&S to check and verify before submission to S.O. C&S need to obtain three (3) copies of As-built drawing from Contractor.

Any reports / services require under C&S scope of works ( as stated in Terma Rujukan) that are not listed under item in Lampiran B6 shall be stated under item “Lain-lain kos”.
