SIBU : The progress of the second phase of the flood mitigation project in Lanang Road is too slow, claimed Dudong assemblyman Yap Hoi Leong.

He told a press conference here yesterday that this was despite the assurance by Local Government and Community Development Minister Dato Sri Wong Soon Koh that the project would be completed as soon as possible.
